+ The Deepening and Developing Connections(DDC)Workshop
- In a nutshell, this research based workshop helps people examine how they are currently living and if that matches up to the way they want to live. Most of us can use some work in aligning our values, setting boundaries, and conflict management. This workshop includes a ton of reflection exercises, practical skills and action steps to help you lead a fulfilled life surrounded by a supportive network.
- Connection is vital to a fulfilling life. Dr. Fae wrote a brief article about the importance of connection, and the science to back it up, here.

Briefly, the four sessions will focus on:

- Evaluation/Understanding – how to evaluate potential friends/partners and how to understand them more fully.
- Managing Conflict – how to prevent, reduce, and resolve conflicts with your friends/partners.
