+ Yomna Zaki, Egypt
About: I am a psychotherapist with an MA in Counseling Psychology from Towson University in Maryland, USA. I have been offering counseling services to adolescents and adults since 2016. I am trained in various therapy approaches and prefer to utilize the eclectic approach (humanistic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectic behavioral therapy) guided by the individual needs of my clients.
I believe in the mind-body connection and how our bodies are an essential part of our healing journey which is why I'm currently a Somatic Experiencing practitioner in training (Intermediate I). I have a cat, Dalilah, who has been my furry companion during my online individual and group sessions.
Services: I'm interested in working with adults who are recovering from trauma and the different ways it manifests in their lives.

+ Janak Vadgama, Vietnam
About: I am a British Mental Health Counsellor with an MSc in Psychology from Regent’s University London, and a Member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS). I offer one-to-one counselling to adults and older teenagers (14+) for a wide variety of issues, from anxiety and depression through to simply 'needing someone to talk to' (see my website for a more complete list). I am happy to work with clients from any background or culture as long as they speak English.
My approach is primarily existential and non-directive, although I do employ some elements of CBT and embodied-work with my clients. My goal is not to tell my clients what to do, but rather to help them to discover the possibilities available to them in their lives, and support them to find a more contented way to be themselves through making their own personal choices. I do this by trying to create a space where clients feel safe to express themselves and examine their own perceptions, assumptions and attitudes about themselves, their relationships to others, and the situations or circumstances they find themselves in. This is done with the aim of identifying and addressing problematic or damaging patterns of thinking and/or behaviour. Through this exploration, I hope to empower my clients to find their own solutions or ways of moving forward.
